A Training and Wellness Sanctuary for Dogs and their Humans!

Workshops are a successful way to connect, network and share wisdom with health care professionals, dog enthusiasts, trainers, behaviorists, families and others in the community. We enjoy being able to offer educational events, in an affordable way, in a smaller, more intimate environment.

Example of workshops presented: behavior and training, well-being, nutrition, TTouch, Reiki, Massage, grooming and pe -assisted therapy. Other ideas welcomed.

DTAWS is a climate controlled pleasant, handicapped accessible, 2400 square foot sanctuary that comfortably accommodates up to 40 attendees. If you like presenting to smaller groups, this may be a good choice for you!

Workshops are usually held on Saturday or Sunday, all day, or 1:00 – 5:00, with the exception of Holidays.

GUIDELINES FOR COSTS, SPACE AND ADVERTISING

We’ll assist in any way we can to make this a positive experience. The workshops will be captured under events at two web sites and e-marketing newsletters.

70/30: 30% covers facility costs (lights, heat, ac and training sanctuary, which is a climate controlled, pleasant environment). We can provide microphone, 8-foot screen, 32 inch flat screen (DVDs) and refreshments. Special requests are considered.

Example: 10 attendees at $40 = 400. 70% = $280 (yours) 30% = $120 to DTAWS

Presenters are responsible for their registration and outline information, additional advertising fees, hands-outs and follow-up inquiries to their workshops, JPEG photos and/or website.

Workshop inquiries / follow-up should be referred to your email, website or phone(s) on your registration.
